Hi, I’m Bec
I am a clinical nutritionist who is passionate about working with families on anything and everything involving health and nutrition. I adore food, and love helping other people find the love and joy in food and cooking.
I get the challenges of feeding kids, of wanting to make sure they are getting everything they need while they reject almost everything that you are offering. I also get what it’s like to watch your own health suffer as you put all of your time and effort into everyone else.
